The buyer needed an OEM gaming headset manufacturer that could convert a licensed entertainment-style creative brief into a manufacturable wireless gaming headset while keeping CMF, RF, packaging, and production quality under control. Source materials defined an HOG Ancient Magic headset based on Hogwarts Legacy visual assets, brown faux leather, brown PU eco-leather with fine grain, gold paint, blue Pantone 7546C details, gold Pantone 7562C embroidery and logo details, logo and product label placement, no-light product direction, custom retail packaging, detachable directional microphone, 2.4G wireless, Bluetooth 5.4, AUX wired audio, play-while-charging support, and firmware upgrade support. The buyer also needed prototype, tooling, certification, trial production, and mass production support while managing RF stability, antenna position, weight, battery, microphone, mold, and cost challenges.

How MACH Supported The Project

MACH Industry used a tri-mode wireless gaming headset platform to turn the HOG visual package into a production-oriented OEM project. The product materials confirmed a 2.4G + Bluetooth 5.4 chipset plan using ATS3031, compatibility planning for W10, W11, PS4/PS5, Switch, Android, and iOS, play-while-charging support, detachable microphone support, firmware upgrade support, 800mAh protected battery, 50mm speaker direction, Type-C to 3.5mm braided audio cable, USB to Type-C braided charging cable, blue Pantone 7546C cable color, and a blue transmitter with gold logo silkscreen. The unique technical focus was CMF control without lighting: unlike RGB-heavy gaming headset projects, this project relied on material texture, embroidery, gold logo contrast, leather grain, anodized fork finish, silicone cover finish, and retail packaging to carry the licensed-theme identity. MACH coordinated industrial design, structure, PCB, RF, acoustic direction, tooling, QC, and mass production support so the headset could keep its premium licensed appearance while maintaining wireless performance, microphone handling, accessory consistency, and packaging line control. The SOP materials further covered transmitter assembly, microphone boom assembly, headband wire routing, speaker soldering, 2.4G board handling, finished listening tests, Bluetooth testing, charging tests, appearance checks, 3.5mm audio checks, label application, box loading, sealing, and carton packing.
