The buyer needed an OEM gaming headset manufacturer that could turn a licensed-theme creative brief into a manufacturable wireless gaming headset without losing control of RF performance, CMF consistency, accessory details, testing documentation, and production quality. Source materials defined a GOT headset concept with dragon-scale headband texture, a Targaryen-style center medal, logo and copyright placement, fixed red and orange color references, locked lighting color, custom retail packaging, detachable directional microphone, 2.4G wireless, Bluetooth 5.4, AUX wired audio, play-while-charging support, and compliance planning for markets including France, Germany, the UK, the USA, and other overseas channels. The buyer also needed support across prototype, tooling, certification, trial production, and mass production stages while managing RF stability, antenna position, weight, battery, microphone, mold, and cost challenges.

How MACH Supported The Project

MACH Industry used a tri-mode wireless gaming headset platform to connect the licensed visual direction with engineering and production controls. The product specification confirmed model GOT, 2.4G dual-mode positioning, ATS3031 chipset architecture, pairing name Lexip x GOT, default 2.4G mode after power-on, Bluetooth mode switching, 2.4G pairing with steady blue indicator, Type-C charging, USB firmware upgrade support, 800mAh protected battery with NTC, 50mm / 16 ohm speaker configuration, detachable unidirectional microphone, greater than 10m working distance, around 20ms 2.4G latency, around 18 hours use time with backlight on, and automatic shutdown after five minutes without use. The unique technical focus was licensed-theme CMF plus RF validation: the visual design could not simply be printed onto a standard shell. MACH had to protect antenna and acoustic behavior while applying dragon-scale embossed faux leather, medal placement, earcup backlighting, logo and legal-line placement, red cable and red structural accents, gold-tone cable connectors, black transmitter housing, and the retail package system. Engineering support covered industrial design, structure, PCB, RF, acoustic review, tooling, QC, and mass production. Manufacturing support also included microphone boom assembly, transmitter assembly, headband wire routing, speaker soldering, 2.4G board handling, finished listening checks, Bluetooth testing, charging-current checks, 3.5mm audio checks, appearance inspection, label application, box loading, sealing, and carton packing.
