Korea gaming audio brand project

This GE5 Korea OEM gaming earbuds case study shows how MACH Industry supported a Korea-market gaming audio buyer with a dual-mode TWS earbuds program. The source materials identify GE5 in the case card and hero artwork, G12 in the product instruction, and TITAN GE5 in the finished goods inspection report. The project covered Bluetooth 5.3, 2.4G proprietary Type-C dongle mode, ATS3031 platform direction, ENC dual-mic noise reduction, 8mm 32-ohm driver engineering, 45mAh earbud batteries, 300mAh charging case direction, mode memory, touch operation, black and white color execution, logo and packaging support, KC charging-case battery documentation, QC inspection, and mass production preparation.

Client Requirement

What The Buyer Needed

The buyer needed an OEM gaming audio partner that could support a Korea-focused gaming TWS earbuds project with stronger gaming positioning than standard Bluetooth earbuds. Source materials defined GE5 as a Korea OEM project for gaming brand, importer, and distributor channels. The case card recorded Bluetooth, 2.4GHz, low latency, logo, packaging, KC, industrial design, structure, PCB, RF, acoustic, tooling, QC, and mass production as required support areas. The product instruction described a G12 TWS gaming earbuds platform with 2.4G plus Bluetooth 5.3, ATS3031, Bluetooth Classic plus LE 5.3, 2.4G proprietary wireless, HFP 1.7, HSP 1.2, A2DP 1.3, AVRCP 1.6, SPP 1.2, LC3, ENC dual-mic noise reduction, 45mAh earbud battery, 300mAh charging case, 8mm driver, 32-ohm impedance, and dongle and Bluetooth mode switching. The engineering challenge was to validate a compact TWS form factor that could move between Bluetooth and USB/Type-C dongle modes, keep clear mode prompts, protect pairing behavior, support mode memory after power-on, maintain RF stability and antenna performance, manage microphone and speaker component quality, and pass finished goods inspection before Korea shipment.

MACH Solution

How MACH Supported The Project

MACH Industry organized GE5 as a dual-mode gaming TWS earbuds project with a focus on dongle pairing, mode memory, component validation, and shipment QC. The product instruction recorded G12 as the product model, Bluetooth earbuds plus 2.4G low-latency product type, ATS3031 Bluetooth solution, 2.402GHz to 2.480GHz frequency range, Bluetooth range of at least 10 meters, dongle range of at least 10 meters, 45mA earbud charging current, around 1.5-hour earbud charging time, 300mAh charging case, and around 1.5-hour case charging time. It also recorded touch operation for pause, play, previous track, next track, answer, end, decline, and mode switching. The dongle workflow uses blue LED breathing during pairing, purple light after connection, automatic connection when the dongle is plugged into the device, and press-and-hold switching between Bluetooth mode and USB mode. The mode memory function allows the earbuds to power on in dongle mode or Bluetooth mode according to the last used mode. MACH linked this platform behavior to the component data in the source folder: the microphone specification identified WDC2718AB38S1WL0 as a bottom-port analog silicon microphone with omnidirectional pickup, RF protection, 1.5V to 3.6V supply voltage, 145uA typical current, -38dBv typical sensitivity, 62dB(A) SNR, and reflow and reliability guidance; the speaker specification identified an 8mm 32-ohm speaker with 100dB plus or minus 2.5dB SPL at 1kHz, 5mW rated input, 10mW maximum input, 20Hz to 20kHz effective bandwidth, and reliability items such as salt spray, load, high temperature, cold temperature, temperature cycle, drop, humidity, vibration, and negative pressure test. The QC report recorded customer Xenics, product model GE5, order quantity 3000, shipment quantity 3000, sampling quantity 125, GB/T2828.1-2012 sampling standard, function tests, appearance inspection, distance test, reliability test, packaging inspection, and final pass judgment.
