Korea gaming audio project

This BTH 500 Korea OEM gaming headset case study shows how MACH Industry supported a Korea-market gaming audio buyer with a lightweight triple-mode headset program. The source folder records BTH 500 in the case card, BTH-G500 as the pairing name, and G936 as the product model in the product specification and hero artwork. The project required 2.4G wireless, Bluetooth, USB sound card mode, low-latency operation, RGB lighting, Korean voice prompts, logo and packaging support, KC battery documentation coordination, tooling, QC, and mass production preparation.

Client Requirement

What The Buyer Needed

The buyer needed an OEM gaming headset manufacturer that could support a Korea-focused private label gaming headset without turning the product into a heavy or overly complex platform. Source materials defined BTH 500 as the case model, Korea as the market, OEM as the project type, and gaming brand, importer, and distributor as customer types. The case card also recorded requirements for RGB, Bluetooth, 2.4GHz, triple mode, low latency, logo, packaging, and KC support. The product specification identified G936 as the product model, BTH-G500 as the pairing name, and a Jieli-based 2.4G dual-mode architecture. The development challenge was to keep the headset lightweight at the recorded 210g direction while still supporting RGB lighting, 2.4G low-latency gaming use, Bluetooth use, USB sound card recognition, Korean voice prompts, detachable microphone behavior, Type-C charging, packaging execution, RF stability, antenna review, battery documentation, tooling, QC, and mass production readiness. The testing folder included a KC safety confirmation declaration for a battery component and a certificate of origin for ROYCHE headset BTH-G500 shipment documentation, so MACH had to treat compliance support as document coordination tied to the exact components and export flow instead of making broad unsupported certification claims.

MACH Solution

How MACH Supported The Project

MACH Industry organized the BTH 500 Korea OEM project around a lightweight triple-mode platform review and a Korea-market documentation workflow. The product specification recorded a JL7018M headset chip with headphone amplifier, JL7018M plus PA transmitter chip, XT4056 charging chip, LP5300 over-voltage and over-current protection, 500mAh protected battery without NTC, 40mm 32-ohm speaker direction, omnidirectional 6027 microphone, RGB running lighting, Type-C charging, USB sound card mode, charging current up to 400mA, charging time around 2 hours, working distance above 15 meters, 2.4G latency around 20ms, headset power consumption around 20mA with light off, transmitter power consumption around 45mA, and 10-hour use time with lighting on. The UI materials recorded three-second power on and power off operation, play and pause, voice assistant by double press, call answer and hang up, volume and track control, microphone on and off, dual-mode switching, LED on and off, Bluetooth pairing reset, auto shutdown after 5 minutes without use, and Korean voice prompts for power, connection, low battery, microphone state, and mode switching. MACH supported industrial design, structure, PCB, RF, tooling, QC, and mass production coordination while keeping the Korea-specific requirements visible in the project brief. The unique technical focus was battery and documentation discipline: the KC file was for a battery safety confirmation declaration, with application number YU101688-22001A, cell model 103048, 3.7Vdc 1500mAh rating, KC62133-2 standard, and listed critical components including DPDW01 protection IC and DP8205 MOSFET. For the headset project, that means buyers should confirm the final battery configuration, component list, model linkage, and shipment documents before market launch.
