This AC France OEM gaming headset case study shows how MACH Industry supported a France gaming audio buyer with a co-branded demonstration project for a tri-mode wireless gaming headset. Public project materials identify the product as LEXIP X UBISOFT - ASSASSIN'S CREED - SHADOWS HEADSET, model UBXLXHS0001, with LEXIP X UBISOFT branding and Pixminds distribution shown as certificate holder in the CE RED certificate.
Client Requirement
What The Buyer Needed
The buyer needed an OEM gaming headset manufacturer that could support a France-market co-branded demonstration headset while keeping the product technically useful for gaming audio brands, importers, distributors, Amazon brands, and private-label buyers. The project required 2.4G wireless for low-latency gameplay, Bluetooth 5.3 for broader device use, 3.5mm AUX wired input, RGB or single-color LED styling, logo and packaging customization, CE, FCC, UKCA, RoHS, RF stability, antenna performance, microphone quality, battery and charging behavior, mold execution, cost control, and enough manufacturing documentation for trial production and mass production. The core buyer question was practical: how can a brand combine console-style 2.4G gaming performance, Bluetooth convenience, and wired fallback in one private label gaming headset without losing control of RF testing, assembly SOP, packaging SOP, and final QC?
MACH Solution
How MACH Supported The Project
MACH Industry used the AC tri-mode wireless headset platform to coordinate industrial design, structure review, PCB and RF support, acoustic checking, tooling, CMF execution, logo and packaging customization, CE RED document support, packaging SOP, QC, and mass production preparation. Product specification materials confirmed model AC, 2.4G dual-mode positioning, JL7018M chipset, pairing name AC, default 2.4G mode after power-on, Bluetooth mode switching, 2.4G pairing with steady blue indicator, red LED backlight, 50mm / 16 ohm speaker configuration, charging current not more than 450mA, working distance greater than 10m, 2.4G delay around 20ms, transmitter power consumption around 25mA, wired analog audio input with left and right channels and microphone, and automatic shutdown after five minutes without use. Project technical materials further recorded 2.4G + Bluetooth 5.3, play-while-charging support, detachable microphone support, single-color light, CE, REACH, RoHS, RED, CB scheme, UKCA, EN62368-1, and FCC requirement planning. For the unique tri-mode engineering chapter, MACH treated the platform as a workflow rather than a feature list: first confirm the default low-latency 2.4G user journey, then verify Bluetooth pairing and mode switching, then preserve 3.5mm AUX as a wired fallback, then align LED indication with connection status, then confirm transmitter assembly, antenna and RF checks, audio quality, microphone behavior, charging behavior, packaging sequence, and final inspection. The mass production SOP recorded assembly steps for the microphone boom, transmitter, headband wire, headband fixing, decorative headband components, aluminum fork, sleeve, LED boards, PCB board, 2.4G main board, speaker soldering, and related station control. The packaging SOP recorded finished-product listening tests, appearance inspection, transparent label application, retail box handling, headset box loading, box closing, round label fixing, and carton sealing.
